중국 화웨이가 삼성전자를 상대로 자사의 4세대(4G) 이동통신 관련 특허를 허락없이 사용해 휴대폰을 제조하였다고 미국과 중국 법원에 특허침해 손해배상 청구 소송을 냈다.
