인천지법 형사12부(장세영 부장판사)는 24일 오후 열린 선고공판에서 특정경제범죄가중처벌법상 사기 등의 혐의 (유령 무역업체를 설립한 뒤 부가가치세 100억원을 부정 환급받아 가로챈 혐의) 로 기소된 서인천세무서 8급 조사관 A(33)씨에게 징역 10년과 벌금 200억원을 선고했습니다.

지난해 11월 세무당국의 고발로 수사에 착수한 검찰은 피해금 가운데 현금 21억원과 A씨 소유 아파트·상가 4채 등 모두 66억원을 환수 조치했습니다.
